What comes out of our mouths is a great indication of what's in our hearts. What we speak can either bring life or death to any situation, including within ourselves.
Biblical self-care is a vital part of our walk with God. When we reflect on how we are speaking about ourselves, others and our circumstances we can gage our internal health based off of that. If you find yourself surrounded by negativity and those around you have anxiety and depression and are downcast, do a personal inventory.
Ask yourself;
• Are my words blocking God from working out breakthrough in my life?
• Are my words causing anxiety, depression & oppression to myself and those around me?
• Am I getting in Gods way by speaking death over my circumstances?
If so, it's time to repent sister. Ask the Lord to forgive you and surrender your negativity to Jesus. Then begin to speak life and praise God for all He has done & will do in & through you. Amen?!?
Let me know in the comments if you've experienced a negative life due to your negative words.
Love, Bethannah xoxo
